Around that core we have built a schema-driven documentation engine, a secret and token management module, and an analytics layer that aggregates request data into actionable dashboards — all surfaced through a single teal-modern control panel your whole team can navigate without training. The platform is delivered as a cloud-hosted service with a dedicated New Zealand data region, so teams working under NZ Privacy Act obligations can store traffic logs domestically. Typical onboarding takes under one business day: connect your first upstream service, generate a set of API keys, and your first authenticated request is live. There is no proprietary agent to install and no changes required to your existing service contracts.

No. Queenstownhub is a cloud-native, multi-tenant platform. We provide a dedicated New Zealand data region for teams with domestic data-residency requirements, but we do not offer on-premise or single-tenant hosted deployments at this time. If that constraint does not fit your organisation, we are happy to discuss whether a future roadmap item might address it.
The gateway supports REST (HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2), GraphQL over HTTP, and gRPC. WebSocket pass-through is available on Pro and Business plans. MQTT and AMQP support are on the roadmap for later this year.
